| Responsibilities |
|
|
Conduct consultative sales activities using persistence and persuasion to shorten sales cycles and close deals. |

Build long-term relationships with potential clients because once they buy they will be with the company for a long time, continuing to grow which continues to grow your commissions. |

Conduct cold-calling and data management activities to keep pipeline full and track sales efforts on a daily basis. |

Receive and follow-up on leads from marketing in a timely manner—these leads must be qualified then pushed through the decision-making process. |

Make general company and sales presentations, conduct webinars, and provide product demos as needed via WebEx or in-person as-needed. |

Participate in improving the CRM system and developing associated management processes and user documentation for effective data management. |

| Requirements |
|
|
Relevant degree preferred, but not required |
|
|
|
2-3 years of successful sales experience in technology, engineering, or other type of high-knowledge, consultative sales environment. |
|
|
|
Solid understanding and experience applying fundamental sales concepts such as qualifying leads, shortening sales cycles, overcoming objections, and most importantly, closing the sale. |
|
|
|
Interest in technology and ability to understand, retain, and recall technical product, service, and competitive details. |
|
|
|
Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. |

|
Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Confidence in communications and presentations is a must. |
