With over 20 years of applicable experience, Suresh Mandava founded Hexagrid to launch the first cloud enabling platform directly aligned with real-world IT delivery. Suresh previously founded VistaWiz, a managed security and services provider, where he developed Unified Threat Management solutions. His depth of expertise in infrastructure architecture stems from strategic roles within some of the world’s most demanding and mission-critical datacenter environments. As IBM’s Lead Web Solutions Strategist, Suresh deployed and managed one of the first-ever Websphere implementations. As the Manager of Technical Services, Suresh designed infrastructure architecture for Satyam's state-of-the-art offshore development center. He was also Lead Infrastructure Architecture Consultant for DataReturn, MasterCard, and Express Scripts.

Joseph Seibel, CFA has nearly 10 years of strategic management and advisory experience with technology and service-based startup companies. Joe’s career started early as the founder of S&J Advertising while in undergraduate school. After a merger with Missouri State's marketing department, Joe was co-founder and CFO for Baylard & Associates, an executive recruitment firm, where he specialized in finance and strategic management. Most recently, Joe was an equity research analyst at Stifel Nicolaus and AG Edwards. Since 2009, Joe’s financial and startup expertise has proven instrumental in establishing Hexagrid’s position as a reputable business partner for companies seeking to implement successful Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud computing strategies.

With nearly 15 years of IT operations management, system design and architecture experience, David Rokita provides technical leadership in developing Hexagrid’s state-of-the-art cloud computing solutions to match real-world enterprise IT requirements. For Union Pacific Railroad, Dave participated in managing mission-critical systems deployments, 24x7 critical issue response, and datacenter facilities and services migration between Saint Louis and Omaha. As a Senior Architect for MasterCard Worldwide, Dave specialized in secure Internet facing infrastructure, PCI compliance, real-time fraud detection, secure payment systems, and global outsourcing initiatives. Dave was also the Founding Principal and Architect for Precision Storage Solutions, a firm specializing in design and implementation of data storage, backup, document management, and disaster recovery solutions.
